Fixed the "Goals" and "Nuclear Operatives" metashields to clarify all antagonists with goals (Space Ninja, Space Dragon, Paradox Anomaly) and to allow crew to know of the Nuclear Operatives' primary goal. Changed "Round End" metashield to be always revealed IC. Tweaked Goals metashield to be more concise as to which goals can be acted upon. Tag: Visual edit
