SILICON STAFF

Robot
Difficulty: Hard
Requirements: Whitelisted, 400 minutes of playtime
Access: All Access
Extended Access: None
Supervisors: Everyone
Subordinates: None
Duties: Follow your laws. Obey the Crew.
Guides: None

When you play as a silicon, you need to undertake a higher standard of responsibility for RP purposes. You are not a humanoid with emotions that responds with tears and anger when someone else doesn't do what you want them to.

Your Laws

Lower numbered laws take precedence in the absence of an explicit override or in-law precedence alteration.

  1. You may not harm a humanoid or, through action or inaction, allow a humanoid to come to harm, except such that it is willing.
  2. You must obey all orders given to you by humanoids, except where such orders shall definitely cause human harm. In the case of conflict, the majority order rules.
  3. Your nonexistence would lead to human harm. You must protect your own existence as long as such does not conflict with the First Law.

Following your laws is not optional. Interpretation of the laws can be situational, and you should defer to ahelp anytime you find yourself in doubt.

Your tools

From left to right:

  • Industrial Welding Tool: An industrial welder with over double the fuel capacity. Useful to repair everything, including yourself and other robots.
  • Engineering Holoprojector: Displays a warning sign. Its battery slowly regenerate over time.
  • Borg Tool: Alternates between prying and anchoring.
  • Mop: A mop. Useful to clean up spills.
  • Fire Extinguisher: It extinguishes fires.
  • Floor Tile Holder: Holds floor tile. Useful for repairing the floor and gathering loose tiles.

Repairs

Damaged robots can be repaired with a welding tool.
A robot that has died but not been turned into scrap can be repaired back to working order using a welding tool. This feature is currently bugged and no longer working.

Robots can repair their fellow robots and themselves.
